TERMS: A 15% Buyer’s Premium Will be Added to the Sales Price of All Items. This Sale is Subject to PA State Sales Tax (6%). Pay attention to the advertised pick-up time. This is a firm pick-up time. If you are unable to pick-up your items during the scheduled time, DO NOT BID. Items not picked up by the end of the pick-up time will incur a $10.00 storage fee per invoice. This fee in addition to the purchase price will automatically be charged to buyer’s credit card at the close of the scheduled pick up time. If buyer has not contacted auction co. within 7 days purchased items will be forfeited to be either donated or resold and no monies will be returned to the buyer.

LANE RYAN AUCTIONS & KERRY PAE AUCTIONEERS **By bidding, you are acknowledging agreement with all of the terms and conditions included herein**
All bidding is online. You must register online and complete all bidding online. Please visit our website or download our app (search “Lane Ryan Auctions” in the App Store). If you need assistance, a bidding center is set-up at the Lane Ryan Auction facility. We will help you register, answer questions and assist you in the online bidding process. Lots will close at a rate of four items per minute.
If applicable, 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected, unless a Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file in our office. You must email your Sale Tax License to LaneRyanAuctions@gmail.com prior to being invoiced. Failing to do so will result in paying the sales tax that was billed to you. We will have it updated for the next auction.

An additional storage or removal fee may be added to your invoice. Items WILL NOT be available to buyer 7 days past pick up date. The buyer is responsible for loading and packing their items. Please bring your own help to load, the appropriate vehicle and all necessary packing and moving supplies. We will NOT have staff on-hand to assist in loading
SHIPPING SERVICES:Shipping services are now offered by Lane Ryan Auctions and Kerry Pae Auctioneers. Buyer must contact our office, (717) 489-3030 on the day of scheduled pick up to arrange shipping. We will calculate the cost of shipping and handling and an amended invoice will be sent. Once the buyer has paid in full the items will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days via USPS unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. If requested by the buyer insurance can be added for an additional cost through USPS. Lane Ryan Auctions and Kerry Pae Auctioneers takes no responsibility for the delivery of items after they have been shipped
PAYMENT: ALL payments are to be made online via credit card immediately following the close of the auction when invoices are e-mailed to you. You must bring a printed, PAID invoice to pick-up in order to claim your items. Our staff WILL NOT be able to accept cash or checks at time of pick-up. NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE SALES AND YOUR NAME WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE NATIONAL AUCTIONEER ASSOCIATION AS A NON PAYING BIDDER!

REFUNDS, RETURNS: ALL items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and no warranty is expressed or implied. Your commitment to purchase these items is based on your own inspection and NOT on the description of the auctioneer. Please ask all questions PRIOR to bidding. This is an auction and all sales are final. NO returns or refunds will be issued or honored.
REMOVAL/DISPOSAL:You are responsible to remove ALL items you purchase from our facility or the on-site auction location. When you purchase a pallet of box lots or a large grouping, we understand there may be items you do not wish to keep. There is a dumpster at the back of the Lane Ryan Auction Facility. It is your responsibility to remove all items in the lot you purchased from our facility. You may use our dumpster to dispose of unwanted items in your lot, but you must remove them from our facility and dispose of them.
